Harper Express Reliable (HER) Logistics, LLC was founded in 2021 as a rapidly expanding minority-owned, woman-owned, Air Force veteran-owned trucking company. My vision is to be a woman-owned, women-operated logistics company.

As a favor to an Air Force friend, I started dispatching his hotshots. I observed the explosive growth of women in the logistics industry, however, the disparity of women to men in the industry remains a drastic ratio difference. H.E.R. Logistics was inspired to empower women to succeed personally and professionally by offering specialized partnership opportunities to women interested in logistics.

I also realized the profitable opportunities in the $2.2 trillion US trucking industry. Within a couple months H.E.R. Logistics obtained its own operating authority and immediately expanded to an independent elite dispatching and trucking company.
